Hello! My name (as the URL so helpfully indicates) is Thadeus Smith. I am an educator and writer from the Pacific Northwest who is transitonally located in South Florida for the forseeable future. My research focuses are unfocused and varied - I've written about competitive speech and debate, local history, progressive politicians, transgender youth, genocide, and human rights. I currently work as a speech and debate teacher at a private school in Florida.
